Pocket Toolkit Pro
PT Pro is a one-time purchase that removes ads, unlocks extra tools and personalisation, and adds more features to Pocket Toolkit Web in your browser.
Your Data
You will see on the app store listings that PT can request three pieces of data to be collected, however none of this is linked to you and it is all optional.
You can enable diagnostics data. This is disabled by default and can be enabled in the settings menu. This just allows us to look at details for any bugs, performance issues or crashes.
Location data will be requested if you want to use W3W, map tools or the street checker service. The app will only ask for permission to use location if you use something which requires a location service within PT.
For PT Pro to function and identify paid users, we will create a random and anonymous identifier not tied to you. This anonymous device identifier is there purely to ensure Pro users get access to Pro content.
